Paula, Mike and Mel,

I wanted to thank all three of you for helping me along during the past eight weeks. I would not have been able to accomplish what I did without you guys. You taught me, you pushed me, you encouraged me and you gave me the tools I needed to be successful. Each little pointer on form, the food tips, the “come-ons” may be little things, but they all matter.

Most importantly you started me down the path of my journey towards making my health and fitness a priority, and for that I will forever be grateful. It’s important for me that I’m healthy, so I can be my best for my wife and daughters.

Since I have joined Jaguar, my life has improved dramatically. I think I can say the same for Stephanie. I appreciate each one of you and your friendships. The influence that each of you have in my life means a lot to me and I just wanted to make sure you knew that.
