What Has 8 Weeks of Primal Feasting Meant to Me? I’ve always known that I am a sugar-addict…a 100%, true-blue, bona fide sugar-addict. It was not uncommon for me to get a “fix” with some sort of sugar-laden treat daily (sometimes even multiple times daily…cake, cookies, brownies, cobbler, ice cream, you name it, I ate it!). As a dietitian, I knew that my decision to indulge so frequently was unnecessary, unhealthy and irresponsible; even still, I was NEVER inclined to make any changes.
