Her fitness philosophy has always been one of balance. Her programs are customized to meet the goals and needs of each individual. She uses modalities such as functional training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular activities which coexist in a harmonious and seamless fashion. Introduced to CrossFit in 2008 it propelled her philosophies to the next level. This integration improves human performance and quality of life for any person whether they are a businessman, busy mom, grandparent or athlete. The scalability of load and intensity makes CrossFit applicable for all ages and abilities. It matters not what condition you are in but what your desire to improve is.

Kevin FischerLevel 1 CrossFit
Kevin joined the CF Jaguar coaching staff in July 2010. A Tampa native, Kevin is 34 years of age and has been active his entire life competing in baseball, football and golf. After getting his degree in Social Science Education from the University of South Florida and getting fat, Kevin started running to lose weight and fulfill his competitive juices. Four years later and still not feeling fit, Kevin found CrossFit Jaguar. After 2 years of CrossFitting and nutritional changes, Kevin’s life took a different direction.
Seeing what CrossFit did for him, he began to share his passion and coach other people in order to improve their lives. He enjoys the challenge of discovering and implementing new training techniques to take peoples lives as well as their game to the next level. Kevin’s patience and ingenuity make him excellent with novices as well as veterans.
Janet Cramer CarelliLevel 1 CrossFit
Janet has been an athlete all her life. She was a competitive softball player and runner throughout high school. After college and her first child, she became a triathlete, specializing in long distance swimming. She found power yoga in 2002 and began teaching in 2003. She has taught at many commercial gyms, yoga studios and the YMCA. She came to us in 2010 when deciding at age 35 to compete in a Figure Contest. After being introduced to CrossFit training and nutrition she underwent a miraculous transformation in a mere 8 weeks placing very well in the competition. With an excellent foundation she was amazed how the complex joint movements “defined” each muscle in her body. Her solid flexibility allowed her to maximize her potential in most of the techniques. Inspired even further by Kelly Starrett’s mobility blog and seminar Janet had changed the direction of the “yoga” classes she teaches by incorporating various drills and movements in our “Mobility WOD Class” maximizing the CrossFitters potential. She is enjoying the journey with CrossFit Jaguar and the results.
Amy CazinLevel 1 CrossFit
Amy has been involved in fitness, nutrition and wellness for most of her adult life. She played soccer and ran cross country in high school, as well as finished several marathons and trialthalons. She has always been interested in getting certified to help others through nutritional education and exercise.
Until finding CrossFit and Paula she never found the program that fit for her. Implementing both CrossFit workouts and Paleo nutrition, she has personally excelled in her fitness and reached her goal weight, where all the before mentioned fitness paths left her looking for more and never quite feeling well rounded in all aspects of fitness. It has been exciting to finally find a fitness program/certification that she believes in and allows her to help others achieve their goals.
The adult and childhood obesity epidemic has given her a strong passion for children, as she has 4 of them and wants to help parents and children understand the importance of eating well and exercising together for life.
Certifications include: Crossfit Level 1 trainer and health coach.
Rick JagerMBA, AFAA, CPT
Director of Sales & Marketing/Owner
Rick graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters in Business Administration. As a young adult Rick maintained a hardcore regimen of running and calisthenics that endured a time period of 12 years. His exercise program then evolved into a program of total fitness; specifically, resistance and functional training, cardiovascular activities, flexibility and nutrition. He has learned that these four factors strategically interrelate, affect each other individually and collectively, and are all of equal importance. Now in the beginning of his 6th decade CrossFit has personally taken him to improved health and fitness as well as dramatically improving his golf game. Rick is also one of the owners of CrossFit Jaguar. He takes great pride in the facility and the CrossFit philosophy of health, fitness and nutrition.
Certifications include: AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), CPR American Safety & Health Association
