Getting Started at CrossFit Jaguar

Come in for a FREE week!  We offer this trial period because our workouts are so much more effective than any typical Globo gym workout and we want you to experience it for yourself.  We want you to see the difference that our CrossFit methods will make in your life

Before beginning your FREE week we ask that you schedule a complimentary Intro Session so that we can better serve you by getting to know your goals and assess your current fitness level, experience and expectations.  We have you go through a WOD modified or scaled to your current fitness level and then you may begin your FREE week where movements will be scaled or modifed for you initially.  After the week, if you find CrossFit Jaguar is right for you, we have three options for joining our Group Classes. . .

Option I:  TEST OUT SESSION:  Many of our movements are not familiar to beginners or those unfamiliar with CF.  If order to have our classes run smoothly you must have a basic knowledge of the general movements we do.  Cost of our Test Out Session is $50;  if you pass that is applied to your CF Membership.  If not, that is applied to your Foundations Program.  At the point we feel you are ready and are comfortable with your abilities in the basic movements we do, you may begin our Monthly Unlimited CrossFit Group Classes. 

Option II:  (Recommended) Basic Foundations Course:  This consists of 3, 6 or 12, 1-on-1 personal training sessions where we cover the basic principles and movements of CrossFit such as the squat, press, deadlift, clean and their variations.  The course includes nutritional counseling/required reading/homework.  Your nutrition is paramount in your performance in CrossFit and life.  Sessions are approximately 45 mins in length.
Cost of the  Fast Track Foundations 3 session course is $175
Cost of the Foundations 6 session course is $300
Cost of Foundations 12 sessions course is $540

Option III:  Group Foundations Course:  For prospective members with an “adequate” or intermediate  lifting background this may be a possibility.   We offer 3 Foundations Group classes per week–Tues at 7:30 pm, Fri at 5:00 pm and Sat. at 9:30 am.   A minimum of 2 weeks must be spend in the Foundations Classes before graduating to open classes.

Personal Training (By Appointment Only):  For those of you that prefer one-on-one or one-on-two sessions over group classes we can accommodate a time slot for you or a small group of people you want to work out with.  We have 30, 45 and 60 min sessions available

Nutrition Counseling:  Included with your montly CrossFit membership is general guidance.  Our 30 Day Basic Nutriton Program is $99 for members.  Please see our nutrition page for more extensive services.
