Personal Training with CrossFit Jaguar!
CrossFit Jaguar trains weekend warriors, busy moms, businesspeople, athletes, post rehab patients and seniors to get the most out of their lives. We encourage each individual to become the best they can be, improve human performance and incorporate balance into their lives. Whether your goal is to lose weight, feel better, prepare for a ski trip, improve your golf or tennis game, or train for an athletic event CF Jaguar will deliver. We have all the tools and guidance you need to achieve your goals and get into the best condition of your life.

One on One or Semi Private (2 people)
Whatever your goal or need we design your program and are with you every step of the way, we offer 1 hour or 30 minute sessions and include the appropriate load and intensity of our CrossFit methodologies as well as nutritional guidance. You can also share your time with a buddy to promote encouragement and save money. NO CONTRACTS.

Basic Foundations Course
Depending upon your starting abilities this is often a prerequisite for our Group CrossFit classes. Or for those that wish to work out on their own. We start with 4, 1 on 1 sessions; consisting of basic form and technique, CrossFit principles and nutritional basics. After that you may use the facility (limited hours) to perform the workout of the day or do so on your own. Program includes email/phone support and nutritional guidance for the first month.
Obstacle Course Training
My personal passion. Increase your strength, power, speed, agility and all around athletic performance. Whether you live on the east or west coast coast I can help you overcome obstacles in the shortest amount of time. What you do and how you train off the course is directly related to your performance on the course.
There are some basics you must have before even setting foot on the course. We must also look at your “training year/season” or the “big picture”. We establish goals and I divide your year/season into blocks of different cycles; of which each has a focus.
Various modalities will be included into each athletes training. Depending on where you live I can design your program along with phone/email support ,work with you one on one or a combination of both.
